Good Fuzz....Good Win

It has been about three weeks since I made the commitment to not allow Fuzz on the dining room table. I use this table as my desk and work there almost every morning and some evenings. Fuzz likes to be with me and would frequently curl up in my arms as I worked on my laptop (so he was on the table with my arms around him as they reached for the keyboard) or lay next to the laptop on the table with his head on my arm.

Very sweet but very against the rules of not allowing the kitties on the kitchen counter, the kitchen table, or the dining room table (even when it is being used as a desk).

This really bothered Rob and finally I knew that I needed to respect this and re-train both Fuzz and myself.

So I started moving Fuzz to the chair beside me. The first days it was a repeated effort of moving him about every 5 minutes. As the days have gone by it has become easier although I still must be diligent to move him. Today I only had to move him once and he settled down in the chair and has been there the entire time.
