Starting tomorrow our two kitty household will expand to a four kitty household. In the weeks since we knew this was going to happen I have been talking with Fuzz and Dakota about being welcoming to our guests and encouraging them to be nice to their cousins.
We have the guest bedroom ready for Legs and Aggie who will be here tomorrow and will stay for (approximately) one week. Fuzz and Dakota seem to know something is up but not exactly what that may be. Rob has positioned a large box in front of the back window which will be a perfect place for a kitty to sit and look out the window. Fuzz has already tested it out and gives his approval.
If things go well we will let all four kitties have full run of the house. If things don't go well we may have to separate them in different rooms but as we have three rooms with doors (four if you count the guest bathroom) everyone can be isolated from everyone else if necessary.
